Association of Milk Producers invites you to a three-day online course "Milking Management"

Finance Corporation (IFC), within the framework of the joint project "Development of the Dairy Industry of Ukraine", invites specialists in milking process management to take an online course from January 20-22.

Time: from 16:00 to 18:00

Lecturers will be:

Serhiy Hordiіchuk - head of the milk milking and cooling system department at DeLaval;

Lilіia Ivanoglu - expert in comfort management, infrastructure of СС AMР;

Vladislav Khaneyev - IFC expert on cattle health management, cow milking and milk storage, biosafety;

Ihor Ukrainets - expert of the AMР Central Committee on feeding, keeping, milking cattle;

Vitaliy Zakharchenko - expert on breeding, reproduction, health management of the СС AMР;

Andriy Popov - IFC expert on animal husbandry management and comfort management;

Andriy Bilan - expert in microbiology, virology, epizootic;  head of the Uman Labs laboratory;

Ihor Prysiazhniuk is an expert on biosafety and milk quality at the СС AMР.

During the training, participants will consider the goals, objectives of the milking unit and the motivation schemes of operators.  In addition, lecturers will present milking protocols and solutions to problems such as: increase in total bacterial contamination of milk, and others.

Also, students will be shown an algorithm for sampling for bacterial examination from milking equipment.  As a result, the procedure of state control over the quality and safety of milk, and the algorithm for inspecting production facilities will be considered.
